Common chat problems and how to fix them.

The AI is not responding

  • Check your internet connection
  • Refresh the page and try again
  • Try a different model
  • Check status.menturi.com for outages

If the issue persists, contact support@menturi.com.

Response was cut off

Long responses may be truncated. Ask the AI to "continue" or request a shorter response.

Wrong or outdated information

AI models have knowledge cutoffs. Enable Web Search for current information, or use your Knowledge Base for company-specific data (Professional plan).

File upload failed

  • Ensure the file type is supported (PDF, DOCX, images, etc.)
  • Try uploading a smaller file or splitting large documents
  • Try uploading again

Model not available

Some models may be temporarily unavailable. Try switching to a different model. Your admin may have also disabled certain models in Settings > Models.

Credits running low

Check your credit balance in Settings > Billing. You can upgrade your plan or wait for your credits to reset at the next billing cycle.
