What plans does Menturi offer?

Menturi has three plans:

  • Standard: $9.99/seat/month. Access to all AI models, Deep Research, Web Search, image generation, and 7,000 monthly credits.
  • Professional: $14.99/seat/month. Everything in Standard plus Knowledge Base, Advanced Research, API keys (BYOK), and 11,000 monthly credits.
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing. Everything in Professional plus SSO, volume discounts, and priority support.

What's the difference between Standard and Professional?

Standard ($9.99/seat/month) includes:

  • All AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.)
  • Unlimited chats and team management
  • Deep Research, Web Search, image generation
  • 7,000 credits per seat per month

Professional ($14.99/seat/month) adds:

  • Knowledge Base (connect your documents)
  • Advanced Research (deeper analysis)
  • API keys/BYOK (use your own provider keys)
  • 11,000 credits per seat per month

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Save 25% when you pay annually. Contact support@menturi.com to switch to annual billing.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Change Plan."

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I add or remove seats?

Yes. In Settings > Billing, click "Add seats" to adjust seat count.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing by clicking "Manage billing."

Where do I find my invoices?

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Manage billing" to access your billing portal where you can view and download invoices.

Can I buy additional credits?

Yes. In Settings > Billing, you can purchase credit packs if you need more credits before your next billing cycle.

Can I use my own API keys instead of credits?

Yes, on Professional and Enterprise plans. With BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys), you use your own API keys from AI providers and pay them directly.

Who can manage billing?

Only the workspace Owner can access and manage billing settings.
