How to Pin

  1. Go to your knowledge base
  2. Find the document you want to pin
  3. Click the pin icon

When to Pin

  • Brand guidelines
  • Company policies
  • Product specifications
  • Key reference documents

💡 Do not pin too many documents. It can slow down responses and add noise.
