Connecting Confluence

Import Confluence pages to your Knowledge Base.

📚 Connect Confluence to import your team's wiki pages to the Knowledge Base.

Knowledge Base is available on Professional and Enterprise plans only.

How to Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Knowledge Base
  2. Click the Connections tab
  3. Click Add a Connection
  4. Select Confluence
  5. Enter your Confluence URL and authorize access
  6. Select the spaces you want to import
  7. Confirm and wait for processing

Sync Behavior

  • Pages sync automatically when updated in Confluence
  • Changes in Confluence are reflected in your Knowledge Base

Disconnecting

To disconnect Confluence, go to Knowledge Base > Connections, find Confluence, and click to remove the connection.
