Upload documents to your Knowledge Base.

π€ Upload documents directly to your Knowledge Base. The AI can then reference them in conversations.
Knowledge Base is available on Professional and Enterprise plans only.
Supported File Types
- Word documents (DOCX, DOC)
- Spreadsheets (XLSX, XLS, CSV)
- Presentations (PPTX, PPT)
- Text files (TXT, MD, HTML)
- OpenDocument formats (ODT, ODS, ODP)
- Images (PNG, JPG β text extracted via OCR)
How to Upload
- Go to Settings > Knowledge Base
- Click Select files
- Choose files from your computer
- Wait for processing to complete
You can also drag and drop files directly into the Knowledge Base page.
Processing
After upload, documents are processed so the AI can search them. Processing time depends on file size:
- Small files: A few seconds
- Large files: A few minutes
You'll see a status indicator while processing.
π‘ Use clear, descriptive file names. This helps you find documents later and helps the AI understand what they contain.
