Owner

The person who created the workspace. Has full control:

  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Delete the workspace
  • Invite and remove members
  • Change member roles
  • Configure models and settings
  • Manage the Knowledge Base
  • View usage analytics

Admin

Same permissions as Owner. Admins can do everything except delete the workspace.

  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Invite and remove members
  • Change member roles

  • Manage the Knowledge Base
  • View usage analytics

Member

Can use all features but cannot change workspace settings:

  • Chat with AI models
  • Use all Chat Modes
  • Share conversations with teammates
  • Use the Knowledge Base (on Professional/Enterprise)
  • Upload files to chats

Changing Roles

Owners and Admins can change member roles in Settings > Team. Click on a member's role to change it.
