How to Mention Someone
- In a shared chat, type @
- Start typing a teammate's name
- Select them from the dropdown
- Send your message
The mentioned person will be notified that they were tagged.
When to Use @ Mentions
- Get a specific teammate's attention in a busy chat
- Ask someone a direct question
- Assign follow-up tasks
- Loop someone into the conversation
Requirements
- @ mentions only work in shared chats
- You can only mention people who have access to that chat
