Documents are not being found

• Make sure the document finished processing
• Check that the file contains searchable text (not just images)

Processing is stuck

Large files can take several minutes. If it has been more than 10 minutes, try removing and re-uploading the file.

Sync is not working

• Check your connection to the source (Google Drive, Notion, etc.)
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting the source
• Make sure you have permission to access the files
