Billing Issues

Common billing problems and how to resolve them.

Payment failed

  • Check that your card has not expired
  • Ensure you have sufficient funds
  • Go to Settings > Billing, click "Manage billing" to update your payment method
  • Contact your bank if payments are being blocked

Unexpected charge

Go to Settings > Billing to see your usage and transaction history. Click "Manage billing" to view detailed invoices.

If you believe there's an error, contact support@menturi.com with details about the charge.

Need a refund

Contact support@menturi.com with details about the charge and reason for the refund request.

Can't find invoices

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Manage billing" to access your billing portal where you can view and download invoices.

Credits not showing

Credit purchases may take a few minutes to appear. Refresh the page and check Settings > Billing. Contact support if credits still don't appear after 15 minutes.
