Cannot log in
- Check that you are using the correct email
- Use Forgot password to reset your password
- Try signing in with Google/Microsoft if you used that originally
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
Not receiving emails
- Check your spam folder
- Contact support if emails still do not arrive
Cannot join a workspace
Ask the workspace admin to resend your invite. Make sure you are using the email address the invite was sent to.
