Cannot log in

  • Check that you are using the correct email
  • Use Forgot password to reset your password
  • Try signing in with Google/Microsoft if you used that originally
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

Not receiving emails

  • Check your spam folder
  • Contact support if emails still do not arrive

Cannot join a workspace

Ask the workspace admin to resend your invite. Make sure you are using the email address the invite was sent to.
