Overview

Upload key PDFs, docs, or slides, or connect tools like Notion and Confluence. Everything you add becomes searchable so the assistant can surface the right excerpts in chat.

Add documents

Upload files Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, PPTX, XLSX, HTML, CSV, images (OCR).
  1. Go to Knowledge Base > Files tab
  2. Click Select files to upload
Connect tools Connect Google Drive, Confluence, or Notion to keep your knowledge base up to date automatically.
  1. Go to Knowledge Base > Connections tab
  2. Click Add a connection and follow the setup

Pin important documents

Pin the handful of docs everyone should see. Add a short “when to use this” note and the assistant will pull the summary automatically when a message matches that scenario.
  • Pinned documents: The assistant proactively surfaces these when relevant
  • Unpinned documents: Still searchable, but the assistant may only surface them when someone asks directly
All documents added to the knowledge base are visible to everyone in the workspace.
